A lot of things fight for our emotional space, attention in our minds and thoughts. While some thoughts are welcome, others are draining. Just the thought of that person, undone task, disorganised desk, incomplete project or even just a promise not kept could literarily take a huge piece of our emotions and occupying lots of space in our minds making us stressed, unhappy or even guilty.
It’s the end of January, the first month in 2017. It’s been an interesting and challenging one especially since I decided to post weekly this year. All I can say, One month down, 11 to go. I expect to be a guru at this at the end of the year.
Thanks to the blog’s followers and readers who support and encourage me to keep at it. I invite you to continue on this journey with me and invite friends to come on as well; it will be worth their time.

We are always looking for complex answers to our desire to change or achieve better results, maybe because we feel our needs are either complex or we just want to have access to the excuse that it was too complex that was why we could not achieve the desired changes. The latter may be why when we see simple answers, we are upset that the answers undermine our problems.
